Children learn best when they’re given the space to embrace wonder and curiosity.
Classroom spaces at U-GRO are thoughtfully designed to encourage children to discover a whole world of learning as they ask questions and act on their interests.
Asking questions is a natural way to develop critical thinking, one essential skill that children will need to develop for kindergarten. We want children to feel empowered by their learning experiences, free to explore and make their own choices. Their education evolves along with them which is why our approach is called Learn as We Grow.
Through play, children begin to understand the concepts of what, why, and how they are doing things. This leads to key skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving.
Everyone is welcome and included. Trust is built through every interaction between a teacher and a child, leading to a powerful sense of community in every classroom.
Our educators put their heart into teaching every single day. We offer ongoing support and training to ensure our teachers continue to love to learn themselves—and share that love with the children.
Curiosity leads the way, as children are encouraged to follow their interests wherever they may lead throughout the classroom. There’s always something new to discover and learn.
We ensure that all learning materials are child-sized and appropriate for their age. Classrooms are thoughtfully curated with items that engage all of a child’s senses and inspire their learning.
