Welcome to our wonderful U-GRO Learning Centre here in Lititz, PA!

Our Brethren Village center offers several different full- and part-time options in our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age programs. All programs are taught by our wonderful team of teachers. Each staff member at our center participates in different training opportunities throughout the year to ensure we are staying ahead in the field of early education.

Emily Hepfer, Director

Education: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education

With over seven years in early childhood education, I have focused on nurturing young minds and building strong family relationships. Starting in the two year old class, I deepened my understanding of child development. As a team lead, I expanded my expertise across age groups, and as an associate director, I honed my leadership skills. My commitment to growth, both in children and in our community, drives everything I do.
