Welcome to our U-GRO Learning Centre, here in Lancaster, PA! My name is Kristen and I am the Center Director. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and English and have been a part of the U-GRO team since 2016.

We offer several different early education programs taught by our talented team of teachers, including Infant Care, Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age options.

My husband and I have had a great experience in the couple months our son has started attending U-Gro. Our son had never been to daycare before starting at 2.5 years old. Kristen Strangman, Director

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education and English from University at Buffalo

After spending several years as a preschool teacher, I joined the U-GRO team in 2016. Most recently, I served as the Center Director at U-GRO Bent Creek before transitioning to U-GRO Brownstown. I absolutely love walking down my hallways and seeing the children and teachers engaged and the absolute joy of the students entering the school every day!
